LeeAnna is a graphic designer | fine artist | yoga + ballet instructor living in Auckland in Aotearoa | New Zealand. She is originally from the culturally-rich region of south Louisiana, USA.
She relocated to Aotearoa from The Golden Land of Myanmar (Burma) in February 2019. Previously, she lived in Vevey, Switzerland.
In Myanmar, LeeAnna taught regularly at Yangon Yoga House and the Shangri-La Residences, as well as private and corporate yoga classes. She also taught privately organized children's ballet classes, and was the Ballet Instructor for after-school courses at Yangon International School.
In Switzerland, LeeAnna founded Yoga Vevey- a community of classes based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style. She also taught ballet lessons privately, and for Haut-Lac International Bilingual School in St-Légier.
Collectively, LeeAnna has 18 years of teaching experience.
LeeAnna is a certified yoga instructor (200hr RYT). She has completed over 150 hours of Continued Education, including 40hr Ashtanga Primary Series training with David Swenson.
She has attended trainings and workshops by other world-reknown instructors such as Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Mark Whitwell, Kino MacGregor, Rodney Yee, Ana Forrest, Amy Ippoliti, and Anand Mehrotra. LeeAnna’s “mindfulness” resume also includes formal Zen Buddhist meditation workshops and the completion of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.
Currently, LeeAnna is a Yoga teacher and Ballet instructor in Auckland. She teaches private classes, at local schools, and at Mahi Yoga in Newmarket. LeeAnna also offers Yoga to the Mount Eden Correctional Facility, as an affiliated teacher with Yoga Education in Prisons Trust.

LeeAnna has worked in both fine art and graphic design globally. She specializes in illustration.
Lastly, her favorite color is hidden somewhere between blue and green.
